Companion Express Transportation, LLC is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) business based in Pendleton, South Carolina, founded in 2024 by Tiffany Abrams and Niquesha Brown. With our deep roots in the local community, our company is driven by a shared mission to meet the growing need for accessible and reliable transportation for medical appointments.​

Tiffany Abrams, a  licensed  nurse, and Niquesha Brown, an experienced home health and business owner, recognized a critical gap in the market for dependable transportation services. After Tiffany had worked for Niquesha's home health agency, they saw firsthand how difficult it was for clients, especially seniors and individuals with mobility challenges, to get to necessary medical appointments. They combined their expertise to create a solution, founding Companion Express Transportation to provide transportation and additional services such as companions, attendants, and medical support during transit. 

Companion Express Transportation serves those in Pendleton and the surrounding counties of Anderson, Oconee, and Greenville, Greenwood and surrounding counties . These areas have a high demand for non-emergency medical transportation, especially for individuals who need assistance traveling to their regular medical appointments, including dialysis, physical therapy, home health visits, and adult daycare services.
